Electrorad Digi-Line Double Electric Radiators
The Digi-line radiators electronics have been updated and refreshed to the latest wireless technology Zigbee 3.0.
Zigbee is a standards-based wireless technology developed to enable low-cost, low-power wireless machine to machine self healing networks, great for keeping your heaters connected and working even in challenging wireless environments.
Digi-line Electric Radiators
The Digi-Line electric radiator range is designed and manufactured in Britain, specifically to give electricians the same choice of radiator type and selection of sizes as plumbers have always been used to. The radiators are filled with a thermal fluid and transfer heat to the whole of the surface area without the need for any pumps or moving parts. The fluid is heated by 100% efficient electric elements which are controlled by the most advanced thermostat electronics available. The radiator body is constructed in steel and powder coated to ensure a high quality, extremely long lasting and robust finish. The range is available in 500mm & 300mm heights and power ratings from 500 watts to 2000 watts. Single panel and double panel radiators are available and both have convection fins to ensure the perfect balance of radiant and convected heat. Only the very best components and materials have been used in the Digi-Line range.
- Digi-Line electric radiators have some very unique and energy saving features built in to the electronics. All features do not have to be used but can be activated if required.
- Energy saving open window feature – this senses when a window has been opened and stops the radiator heating until the window is closed.
- Surface temperature control – The surface temperature can be operated at the full 90 deg C or reduced to a maximum of 75 deg C or a maximum of 60 deg C. (Surface temperature reduction will reduce the heating power)
Adaptive start – The Digi-line system benefits from an advanced adaptive algorithm which will learn your usage patterns and heat the rooms accordingly to your comfort specifications. It does this by measuring the time taken to heat the room space and pre-heating to make sure it is up to the correct temperature when you need it to be, using data over a period of time to really minimise the energy needed.
The Digi-Line thermostat is a double proportional band control (PI & PWM) giving the best accuracy possible of +/- 0.1 deg C. The room temperature is sensed below the radiator where the room air temperature is at its lowest and there is no heat from the radiator to affect the reading. Each radiator thermostat also has a radio frequency receiver built in, so central control is easy to achieve by using the optional wifi meshing Zigbee gateway
The optional App gateway (QF 22885) uses radio frequency signals to communicate with the Digi-Line electric radiators, so no wiring is required.
All the electric radiators can have different temperature settings, and every zone can have different operating dates and times.
This provides absolute control over your energy use, allowing you to be able to minimise loss and maximise comfort.

Are radiators easy to install?
Feb 27

Some of our products are supplied fitted with a standard UK three pin plug, which means you simply need to locate them next to an existing plug socket, plug them in and go. This option is ideal if you are only installing one or two radiators. However, the majority of our radiators come with a wire on, which will need connecting to a switched fused spur by a qualified elect...
