Some problems (delays) with delivery. I appreciate this not a Heatershop issue but it did cause some problems for me.

'Great customer experience'
From the initial website purchase to the delivery and customer services contact the experience has been first class. Unfortunately for us one radiator was damaged in transit, but there was no quibble at all and a replacement unit sent out the next day. It’s not often these days you get good customer support, but in this case it was “great” customer support and service. Highly recommended with a great choice of products to suit every budget.
