'Difficult to deliver to apartments'
Great customer service: It was my first time buying a heater and the sales team gave me suitable options according to my needs.
Next-day delivery was great, although it should be noted that the wood pallet that came with the heater will not fit single-doors (e.g. apartment entrance doors), so that was a pain to sort out. 5-stars if Heater Shop can solve this problem!

Larger items are delivered kerbside only and on pallets to ensure that they arrive in perfect condition whilst in transit as they are very heavy and would sustain damages if not packed so well.
Dimplex Quantum QM150RF - Wi-Fi Ready Storage Heater, 1500W
This is the smartest storage heater I’ve ever had. Love the ability to set the temperature and time, even days in advance. Heat distribution is great.
I docked one star because it did overheat for 2 nights in the 2 weeks I’ve used it. Had to switch off and on again because the display was blinking red. So not exactly failsafe (or foolproof). May need extra tweaking with the temperature setup.

When I phoned the young lady I spoke to was so professional in customer services nothing was to much trouble and pointed me in the direction of their supplier and when I called back and spoke to Sophie in sales she went above and beyond to make sure I was a very satisfied customer a big thank you to the company for as they have the right customer service and a big thank you to the two lady's I spoke to keep up the great work
