'Very good service slightly let down by delivery'
This would have been 5 stars as service and speed of response was very good. Unfortunately let down by delivery company who said they had tried to deliver the package when they had not been anywhere near.. They did deliver it the next day.

'Helpful staff. Good communication. Good delivery.'
Initially i called to get some info/advice on the different heaters. They were patient and explained the virtues of different types of electric heaters.
I had difficulty with ordering on website as the facility for a different shipping address didnt work. I called and they helped me through this.
Then, my credit card was declined for no good reason so I was able to spk to Sophie directly and explain. She held the order til I called back after contacting card provider.
I felt confident they were on the case and I had one named person to deal with.
Delivery was next day on both orders. As only one person at property on first floor , the driver went above his duty and helped with lifting the large storage heater up the stairs.
A good experience overall.

'KNOWEDGABLE HELPFUL STAFF. COMPETETIVE PRICES. GOOD DELIVERY'
INITIALLY, I WAS ABE TO GET SOME HELPFUL ADVICE ON SUITABLE ELECTRICAL HEATERS FOR THE PROPERTY I WAS RENOVATING.
i HAD SOME PROBLEMS WITH ORDERING ON THEIR WEBSITE AND SUBSEQUENTLY PAYING BY C/CARD ONLINE. i CALLED AND THE PHONE WAS ANWERED QUICKLY AND I WAS PUT THROUGH TO HEPLFUL STAFF WHO MONITORED THE ORDER AND CHANGED THE DELIVERY ADDRESS .
ORDERED PRODUCTS ON 2 SEPARATE DAYS AND BOTH ARRIVED NEXT DAY WITH HELPFUL DRIVERS .

'Great service and quick delivery!'
Ordered electric UFH on a Saturday and it was all delivered on the Tuesday!
They didn’t have the thermostat I ordered but a really nice guy rang on the Monday to let me know and pick a replacement which was actually an upgrade.
Prices were so much lower than anywhere else.
If I need UFH again I will definitely be going back to them. Can’t recommend them enough

Payment was easy.
Items were in stock for delivery
I used the standard delivery and was delivered when they said.
I did call them in Feb 23 and ask some questions, it was answered promptly.
