The lady I spoke with was very friendly, efficient and professional. She sorted out my mistake I’d made on the website very quickly.
I was very upset due to personal issues and she behaved in a very caring professional manner.
To my delight the storage heater was delivered today. I look forward to ordering the other two I need in the near future.
PS - what do I do with the pallet the heater arrived on?

Website said two days delivery if ordered after 2pm (which I did) but order still arrived following day and earlier than stated by the courier company.

Just a replacement for one that died after 7 years continuous use. I'd been happy with the original so happy to replace with the same.

Only disappointment was appox. 10 week display before my third heater came into stock, causing a similar time delay in the whole project.
