This product was exactly as I expected it to be.
No problem at all to install.

An easy enough to install, clean looking, easy to operate, simple floor-temp sensing thermostat.
Just what I was looking for!

Having (eventually, and after much head scratching) become familiar with the product (it's my second!!), I still find programming it a difficult, time consuming and most frustrating process that leaves much to be desired. The man-machine-interface is worthy of being an example of what not to do. The design department need to familiarize themselves with the principles of ergonomics and bring human factors into the design process. Multi-function keys have a role, but they do have their limitations; this design has exceeded those limitations. How about a separate control to switch between programmes (there is space on the panel for two more)? In summary, it needs to be made a lot more user friendly.
