Because this survey forces an entry despite theoretically allowing the response that the item 'has not been tried yet' The heaters are awaiting installation - so comment cannot really be objectively made,

Great heater! Bought for en-suite bathroom that had no form of heating and excess steam. This heater warms the space very quickly and has solved the steam/condensation issue. Only switching it on as needed at the moment but it has great features for automatic settings. Very easy to install too .

Heater and delivery good, but no plug or screws for the wall, also the remote was missing, that l had, when l brought a previous heater Stiebel heater of the same model.
