Great rad, has transformed our cold playroom (ex garage) into a warm and cosy space for the kids. The only gripe is the instructions online, I'd prefer a hard copy but I will print one off. Once you've set the timer, it is great but do remember if you manually override outside of these times to press the frost free button twice to return to the prog otherwise you'll have a very warm or very cold room! Easy to install and buying another for the end of our kitchen which we removed the aga from. Haven't seen the impact on cost and usage yet but to be honest, the effect is so good, I'm not that fussed and we only have it turned on a few hours a day.
