This is a Massive hub. It's a really great product, with everything you need for a good install, and was really simple to set up, but it's just so big.
I've still given it 5 stars as my installation location is nicely hidden away, but I probably would have reduced by a star if it was visible - purely because of the size!

Product is as ordered and well packaged - foam surrounding it and feels like quality product - heavier than I thought - which is reassuring. Nice finish and attention to detail.

Excellent product - so good I bought a second one from this outlet. Dimplex should consider improving the packaging - no need for this heavy product to be damaged in transit.
