My item arrived damaged, i sent an email with pictures showing the damage and the delivery driver marked the item as damaged but I’ve not had any response.

Very disappointed but my fault for not fitting a vented tap so after 2 hours ,the plastic tank was leaking. The instructions were not very clear but if I had known the tank was plastic instead of copper, I wouldnt have bought it
