Had a rattle inside casing which resulted in need for unit to be returned. A replacement heater was sent. Set up instructions are a bit complicated to understand but just need patience to read thoroughly. Heater good to install and to date it works very effectively.

Only had the product for a couple of days, but it seems to work well. It’s a neat box and I like that it has a setting for when you / pets are at home.
