Cylinder supplied with 2 of the outlets that are allegedly 1in BSP male Parallel thread. These outlets are incompatible with a 1in BSP bent end-feed as imaged in the link below:

The male outlets possess no internal chamfer to mate with the fitting's swaged copper cone formed beyond the fastener.
Adapting the outlets to take a compression coupling also is prone to failure; specifically as the outlet did not possess sufficient BSP parallel thread to accommodate the 1in BSP female compression adaptor specified by Gledhill's so-called Technician. Hence it became thread-bound before forming a seal against the end face of the fitting.
Initiating an exchange for a different Cylinder began a nightmare lasting 16 days to resolve....and not refunded for 2 months.
HeaterShop (the Retailer) ran a mile....politely referring me to the manuf/suplier. Absolute dereliction of duty to the customer.
