The heater arrived well packed (double boxed). The package included a mounting template, comprehensive inspection manual and mounting brackets with wall plugs and screws. Mounting was so easy and the unit works like a charm. Bought it to heat my downstairs entrance hall which it does perfectly. Energy consumption is very low as well

Ensure mobile phone roaming is turned off or connecting WiFi is not possible. The heaters are great and the app is good once set up.
