'Daylight robbery with extortionate delivery and re stocking charge when it''
Good service but unfortunately ordered the wrong type and had to exchange for correct fitting one. The charged me re stocking fee which I do not agree with as we were exchanging for another, and the delivery was same day as pick up but still had to pay extortionate rate of delivery charge again, the shop is only local to us and wouldn't accept we pick up and drop off.
So will not be using them again.
I call it day light robbery.

Due to the nature of our products being shipped direct from our suppliers warehouse, unwanted items are also restocked directly back to the original supplier. As such each manufacturer warrant a different handling charge to collect and restock that we inevitably must pass on.

Very quick delivery, slight damage to some bricks in transit which were exchanged immediately with no fuss.

Superb service from the heater shop. Heater works well and seems a well made product. I haven’t used the wi- fi controls as there is no wi- fi in my mothers flat but the manual controls are simple and my 90 year old mother has mastered them with a bit of help.

They are relatively small and unobtrusive compared with many others. They are simple to programme and heat up very quickly.

'Website easy to use but need to be clearer about delivery process.'
I ordered my product online which was quite easy to do. I got an immediate confirmation email confirming payment. When I ordered it I opted for free next day delivery so I expected the heater to arrive the next day. What wasn’t very clear was that the next day delivery related to when the product was despatched and not the day ordered so it took two days for delivery. I had to arrange for someone to be at home to receive the delivery.

Creda TSRE150 1500W Storage Heater
It’s heavy. You need two people to move the bricks and units into the house. Can’t fault the delivery firm. The driver left the pallet as close to the house as possible. Very good service. It took a while to set the heater up. The bricks fit very tightly into the unit. Wiring it up was easy, straightforward and clearly labelled. Instructions easy to follow. Please note that the heater takes a few days to get to full capacity as the bricks heat very slowly to start. Once up and running it works really well and keeps the room comfortably warm. Happy with it.

Working nice and well, looking slick as well. I hoped delivery included a remote control though?. In general very satisfied with the product.
