I'm not too sure why you were unable to order online, as our website fully allows customers to use the online ordering and payment system.
We are continuously developing our website to make things easier for our customers, and feedback such as yours will ensure that improvements are unremittent.
We have just introduced PayPal as a payment option to allow easier payments with all of the security benefits that PayPal provide.
