Staff were really helpful on phone. I phoned initially for them to advise on size of radiator. They phoned me back as they said. Cannot fault them. So friendly. The heater arrived the next day and very well packed.

Took delivery couple of weeks ago and only just had it fitted. Am delighted - the programming is a bit complicated but I am getting there. I thought it would have a plug on but the electrician fitted a different socket. No probs so far and it looks really good in my conservatory.

Not too sure how accurate the advice was as to how many heaters I would need to heat the room in question. When I phoned to question the recommendation I was given a different recommendation?
Thank you very much for your feedback, ref the system design we have a manufacturers design tool so it is completely automated, therefore the only way to receive a different design is to enter different design parameters, hope this helps.
Ref "The Haze" all new heaters will normally emit a new smell on initial warm up, but this is in no way offensive and usually dissipates very quickly.

The first time the heater was used there was a strange smell and a 'haze' in the room, is this normal? Second time was fine.
