the instruction on how to set times on off etc are a bit complicated though in fact more than a bit so only have them on two setting on and off

Only criticism is the lower screws for attaching to the wall are difficult to access, even with a right angled screw driver. Both are partially screwed in but neither fully.

We are sorry to hear about your dissatisfaction with our courier’s delivery service. We understand from our courier’s delivery logs that they attempted delivery to your flat in June but could not gain access to your premises or contact you on the mobile number you provided, and without a safe place to leave your pallet of valuable goods, they were returned to the depot.
Due to our relationship with our courier, we were able to secure you a delivery for a Saturday of your choosing – free of charge (which normally incurs an additional fee for this premium service).
We are sorry for the inconvenience this caused you – however we were in constant contact with our courier to arrange a re-delivery in a manner that was eventually satisfactory to you.
