The heater was leaking when it was delivered and left several stains on the carpet. I contacted the company on numerous occasions and they agreed to pay a carpet cleaner. They then retracted this and said I had to pay the cleaner but would repay me the costs from their insurance. I am still waiting for payment over 6 months later.

I am sorry to hear of your unhappiness, I have investigated your case and I understand the manufacturer agreed to pay your cleaning costs on production of your invoice (fairly standard manufacturers policy). As I understand it from the manufacturer they have not to date received your copy invoice for payment.
Please forward this asap and you will be refunded immediately which im sure will resolve the situation for all parties.

I have used Heatershop before and was very pleased. This time the rads i wanted were not in stock as they are slowly being replaced. Within minutes of placing my order i received a phone call informing me of this and offering me an alternative solution which was more than acceptable. Would definitely recommend Heatershop!
