Good info given to me but upon delivery of rad found it was incorrect. The remote is not included and I was informed that it was. Disappointed really but I'm assuming it was a genuine mistake.
HI There thanks for your comments, The Elnur never comes with a remote Elnur doesn't even make a remote hope this helps.

Had to send the payment directly into their account as my shipping address was different from the billing address . They mentioned they couldn't use my credit card so I transfer the money . once this got sorted they were very good at communicating where my order was and the heater was sent straight away . I received it the next day after my order got confirmed ..very good customer service and communication .
Thanks for your kind comments unfortunately the credit card companies have very stringent rules with ref to delivery address being different from that of the invoice address, This is generally done to protect somebody else using your card and delivering away from your home. Hope this explanation adds some clarity.
