Was advised delivery would be between 7am & 6 pm, waited in all day and finally arrived at 6.45pm :-(
Hi Thanks for your feedback, I have investigated your order and delivery situation. I understand your frustration, although I am glad the unit was delivered on the correct day within 45 mins of the allocated time.
Please note we do not charge for delivery and we always use a premium quality carrier which ensures these delicate products are delivered in excellent shape. I understand that our customer service department called you and apologised for the lateness at the time.
