Excellent product - so good I bought a second one from this outlet. Dimplex should consider improving the packaging - no need for this heavy product to be damaged in transit.

'Driver very helpful despite having such a large lorry'
Delivered as arranged but should have asked me prior to delivery what access is like. Lorry so tall it nearly took down overhead cables.
Thank you for your positive comments about our service. Apologies if you were not informed of the delivery coming on a pallet you should have received an automated email which would advise you of the delivery type so you could let us know if there were an access issues.

'Send me email updates'
Eventually received a Buddy, part of my order for it and an iBoost. Not Heater Shop's fault, they sent it to me immidiately it came into stock. However an occasional email update from them would not have been remiss, as the order was placed in October 22 with no communication originated by them until item received in February 23
