Design

The Steibel Eltron SHS provides superior comfort and a modern aesthetic which blends into the home or commercial environment.
The Backlit LCD display shows readings of the ambient temperature and the selected control options which can be preset. The boost and pause function are easily accessible through he digitised control panel.
Installation is quick and simple and does not require a qualified installer. The fixings for a wall mounted fitting are supplied as well as an installation template and manual advising on correct positioning.
Efficiency
The Stiebel Eltron SHS employs open window technology. Constantly monitoring the room’s temperature, if it detects a significant change the heater will pause operation; meaning if the window is left open the heater automatically reduces its output. This helps limit energy wastage and unnecessary costs.
The high heat retention models have superior heat retention capabilities, improving their ability to store heat and charge at optimum times, making use of the cheaper energy tariffs. HHR models assist with planning permission and meet building regulations to achieve a higher rating on an EPC certificate.

Excellent product. We are on Octopus Go so only charge for 4 hours during cheap (night) rate and they keep our house at the required temp all day and more importantly still have plenty of heat for the evening and loads left to boost if required.
