'Fast efficient service'
Very efficient service, our heaters arrived by courier the next day and we were given a two hour slot to expect them. Plenty of detail about the heaters on the website to allow you to make informed choices.

'Purchasing Rointe Radiators'
Heater shop are a good supplier. One of the radiators we bought was cheaper at another supplier but the others in our order were either out of stock or more expensive with them so on balance we went for the simplicity of buying from one source. Customer service was excellent, we prefer to speak to a human rather than order on line. We had a number of questions which were courteously dealt with. Everything was in stock and delivered 48 hours later. One dissatisfaction concerns delivery. The 16 ton truck was too big to reverse on to our gravel drive. The driver lowered the pallet onto the pavement using the tail lift but only had an electric pallet lifter with which to attempt to move the eight radiator parcel. It was completely unsuited to the task, I think its a bit of kit more appropriate to moving crates around a supermarket. The parcel had to be left half on our lawn, the corner on the pavement. I had to unwrap the covering and carry each radiator package into my garage to await the installers two days later. The largest radiator was too heavy for one person to carry and I had to get help from a neighbour. I am sure that the delivery truck was loaded using a fork lift. It should have a suitable hoist for unloading..

this unit was purchased to replace my old unit which failed after 3.5 years. during the time that i owned and used it it more than repaid the cost of purchase, so would recommend all people with a solar system and suitable hot water storage should have one fitted.

Only installed a couple of days ago but so far so good! Takes a bit of time to read the info re programming but sure we’ll get there!! Looks good and easy to install. Throws out quite a good heat once it warms up.
