Dimplex PLX125E - Panel Heater - 1250W
Due to the price of this heater I was dubious about the claims made of how good they are , however having taken the plunge and bought one 4weeks ago !!! I wish I had saved the money spent on so called panel heaters over the years and just bought the Plx125 E .
I am at the moment waiting in to receive another one for my kitchen .,once that one is in next month I will be purchasing 2 of the PLX100 for my main 2 bedrooms so you can buy without worrying but read the comments about products about Dimplex products first. Great stuff **

'Delivered Next Day Dimplex XLE100 Unit'
Purchased the Dimplex XLE100 from their Website which shows correct stock and a next working day delivery service which is free of charge. This service can't be beaten. The price paid was competitive with other suppliers so ordered. I was expecting a delay in delivery but it came next working day as promised, so I was impressed. The unit came on a wooden pallet with the bricks at the side of the heater. The delivery guy used his trolley to put it in my garage which was great. There is a plastic sheet wrapped around the unit so even if it rains it will stay dry.
I certainly recommend this company.
Dimplex XLE100 1000W Slimline Storage Heater
Purchased from Heater Shop off their Web site and it came the next working day, so they have a great service. I had to run a new mains circuit next to where my old storage heater was as this heater requires it additional to what my old heater needed. This Dimplex XLE100 works well now I have finally set it up which is a bit of a fiddle (slightly over complicated). However, it looks after itself you don't have to open any vents it does it all itself, all you do is set the temperature required.
It looks much more stylish and uses a booster fan heating system to maintain the room temperature if the stored heat is not sufficient which is really quiet. For the same output this heater is slightly wider, slightly higher and about 20mm deeper from the wall which is a bit annoying.
All in all a great heater unit which comes with a 2 year warranty, but is not a direct storage heater replacement for the older type of storage heater because the new regulations now requires more control and performance which means an additional power supply is required for this storage unit.
