Superb, speedy and oh so professional service. We needed a modest towel heater for a utility and found the Reina Rance with several suppliers. One (cheaper) supplier hid behind no address (email address) or 'phone number, which did not bode well for any queries. The Heater Shop responded quickly and delivered the next day. All well packed and now fitted and working well.
We'll be straight back to them again for any further needs. Superb, thank you.

Solar iBoost+ Solar Immersion Controller
The Solar iBoost is a great product. It replaced an identical unit I bought about 5 years ago. For some reason the original iBOOST stopped working (blank display) and the company advise 'but a new one' - so i did ! I hope it lasts (at least 5 years). It does save me a lot of money when it comes to heating the water.

The service was great. The packaging as stated was damaged but the radiator was undamaged . One of the fixings was in pieces but we managed to put it together. Plugged on it was working well and I was pleased I’d made the purchase from you

Ordered a heater on Sunday the 1st of October and received the goods
tuesday the 3rd of October. Their service was absolutely first class, would
recommend them to friends and family and will use them again.
