Well packaged, arrived when stated. Clear contact details on website to give providence of the heater shop and telephone number to speak to someone at the shop. This allowed me to speak with the helpful staff and change the delivery address due to a change in schedule.

Installed. Looks smart and was proud to put my name to it after fitting. Has good features of thermostat and optional timer. However not been thoroughly through its paces due to summer. Purchased for rental property but i am confident new tenants will be happy with this.

Seems to do the trick. Not sure about the benefit of the remote control as the heater locks itself after a few minutes. Can't seem to unlock it from the remote control and can not see what temperature it is set at from the remote control.
