I booked a delivery date when ordering (Tuesday after ordering on a Sunday) however this was not met and it ended up being Wednesday until i received my order. One of the reasons i purchased from the HeaterShop was the next day delivery, it should be clear if this is not going to be met at time of order rather than after the order is complete and the money taken to allow the customer to go elsewhere

Good service, the heaters arrived when heater shop said they would, the only negative would be no free postage to the Highlands,

We would love to give free delivery to the highlands, but unfortunately the extra costs incurred, mean that this is simply not possible. We are always looking to reduce costs and in turn pass this on to our customers.
