£70 plus VAT re-delivery charge - REALLY!!!!! Failed to mention the VAT element on the charge also. Obviously builder was not on site at 16:45 when attempted delivery made but he was there from 08:00 - approx 16:00 and your 08:00 - 17:00 delivery arrangements aren't really much help.
Re delivery was supposed to take place on Friday after the first failed attempt.
Products actually turned up on the day before, Thursday.
Luckily enough someone was there to take delivery otherwise assume there would be another joke charge to deliver.
Spoke to seriously unhelpful person on the phone. He was only concerned about taking the payment for delivery - didn't give any concern to the actual delivery date and got it wrong. Top Drawer!!!!!
Colleague has already sent emails expressing disgust at extra charges and to be honest we won't be using the Heater Shop again.

Thank you for your review, I have investigated your case extremely thoroughly and also tried to call to discuss with no answer on either your mobile or land line. Whilst obviously I understand your unhappiness with a redeliver charge of £70 I would stress that the we do not charge for delivery initially and we make our delivery times extremely clear for this very reason (you have stated our delivery times in your response) The carriers we use are extremely expensive to ensure your goods are kept safe during transportation (reflected in the redeliver charge) as you can see by reading our feefo reviews we have an excellent record of service and try very hard to make sure our customers receive excellent service I would of course be extremely happy to discuss your issues when and if you are free to do so. Whilst I sympathize with your situation we have actually performed exactly as requested, the fact that your builder was not available during your prospective delivery window is unfortunately out of our control.
