Did not forward delivery instructions to carrier. I had to drive 23 miles to collect from carrier depot and deliver to location address. Heavy item. Not happy about this.
Following your Feefo review I am obviously sorry to hear that you delivery instructions were not followed, You can be assured (as attached) that all delivery information was correctly passed on to the relevant drop shipping agent. Hopefully you can see we absolutely passed all info and followed your instruction correctly. I will of course pursue this with the drop shipping agent immediately

First radiator had damage paintwork, (looks like this happened in the factory). I rang heatershop, emailed a photo and a new Radiator was sent next day with a early morning delivery time. Fitted new rad and my house is now warm and ready for winter. 10 out of 10 for quick and excellent service. I would decently use and recommend this company again..
Thank you for your review and I am very pleased that we were able to exceed your expectations. The Rointe Kyros is a fantastic electric radiator and although it may seem a little more expensive than some other options, with its energy efficiency and elegant style it is certainly worth every penny.
