Too soon to give any accurate feedback, only had it a few days. Time will tell! One thing I will mention is that in the user manual there is no mention of a fan in the heater. As this heater was going to be installed in a bedroom and I didn't want people to have disturbed sleep, this was quite important information. When the fan does kick in it is not particularly quiet and therefore, in my opinion, not suitable for installing in any room where noise could be a problem.

Though there was one day delay in order delivery I was kept informed by phone calls. I was not in a hurry for the order so did not matter it got delayed.
Thanks for your recommendation, we really do pride ourselves on our service offering but of course when using 3rd party carriers occasionally there will be delays just as long as we keep our customers informed with regular updates its not normally an issue.
