Excellent service throughout. Website clear and helpful. Then (being an idiot online) I was stuck with the ordering process and I phoned and received really sound advice.
After this, all went well - payment process fine, delivery on the date specified. Thanks very much all round.

I rang and spoke to Sales - got through straight away! I placed the order with in 1/2 hour i could see the heater had been passed to the delivery company. They emailed to say they had my parcel, next day an email with a 2 hour time slot. Very polite driver. It was an amazing service. Well done and thank you!
