'V good customer service'
Delivery was delayed (parcelforce fault) so I called heater after couldn't get hold of parcelforce - the lady on the phone was incredibly helpful and chased parcelforce and sorted it so I could go and collect from local depot rather than wait and delay my project further. Insulation itself is as you'd expect so no complaints

'Rointe Milano 1500W is an excellent buy'
Could be better by insisting the courier offers tracking, or at least some communication. We were expecting a next working day delivery but it came the day after.

Rointe Milano 1500W LowFlow Electric Towel Rail with Heating Fan
I already have one of these heaters and they're excellent. The blower is an added bonus. In my view far superior to the Mylek equivalent 0.5Kw.
