Absolutely excellent. Website contains all the relevant information on all products enabling you to make an informed decision on your purchase requirements. Ordered radiator on a Thursday and delivered the following morning, you can't get much better than that.

This time or order arrived promptly and intact. It came in the manufacturer's packaging this time, so the courier was aware of the contents.
Great as they took additional care, bad if this is bring left in a safe place upon delivery.

Rointe KRI1430RAD3 - Kyros - Electric Radiator, 1430W, 13 Elements
Very efficient and economical but setting up instructions for programming is a non-starter. The instructions are not clear (lost in translation?) and the process kept timing out. We have given up trying to set it up so adjust the temperature manually from the front panel.

If you require any assistance with the programming, we recommend speaking to Rointe as they would be best to assist.

Clear and helpful website - both on the equipment and in terms of paying. I am hopeless online and this process worked well in all its stages. The delivery was exactly as promised and the radiator arrived on the dot of the beginning of the delivery window. Could not have been better.

Dimplex OFX150E 1500W Oil Filled Electric Radiator With Thermostat
This radiator has already proved itself. I have a north-facing kitchen, entirely on its own as an extension of the house and built without much attention to insulation. The Dimplex does not need to be set all that high to make a welcome difference and to sustain that difference for as long as required. It actually looks elegant and built-in - which, as they say, is a bonus. I am highly satisfied.
