'Don't buy on line ,go to a shop,see what you are buying!'
Very good service,speedy and on time.However on examination of the product I find it of no use to me. I have several Rointe heaters set to the set programmes 1/4.I thought this device would allow me to set one of these programmes comfortably and send it to the my heaters.I have previously done this unaided but I am elderly and unable to bend down.I am not sure anyone is going to read any of this!!!

'Good product - value for money?'
Helpful customer assistance with technical query in advance of purchase.
Price - very expensive for what was received. Cannot confirm whether it was the Heater Shop or Dimplex who were extorting money from the customer (I am guessing the former!)

'Very agreeable service'
I was concerned when I learned that they operate kerbside or entry point delivery only as I live in a flat. However, the driver who delivered it was kind enough to carry it up to my flat for me. I'm very pleased with their service.
