Absolutely fantastic customer service. I have purchased heaters from this company before and always had excellent service. I recently purchased another heater which when fitted had a fault. The service I had from the Heater Shop was brilliant, they dispatched another heater immediately.

'Let down by their Couriers'
No hassle ordering and despatch… delivery was dreadful because they use DX couriers

The heater shop were great , however they use DX Couriers who in my experience are absolutely awful, have little or no customer service and even when they promise something will definitely be delivered- it isn’t. My experience with DX has put me off ordering with the Heater shop again. I spoke with Heater shop customer service who were absolutely great and gave them the feedback about the courier - hopefully they swap to a more reliable courier as im sure DX is damaging their reputation with their poor performance
